Couples Check Up - The Journal

This interactive journal was crafted to share insights, obstacles, personal emotions, financial aspirations, and much more. It serves as a tool for intentionally strategizing and exchanging solutions with your spouse in various aspects of your marriage, such as trips, monetary objectives, communication, and intimacy. Inspired by our method of leaving written notes for each other during times when vocalizing our thoughts was difficult due to overwhelming emotions, this journal allows us to express and discuss topics in a safe space.
